Online Personal Trainer
TyTimeFitness offers an Online Personal Training Platform that will help you discover a healthier you. With my 20 years of experience, I have created a program that will help you achieve your goals at your own pace. One of the biggest benefits with online coaching is, you can train at any time that suits you, in any place that suits you! I have online workout videos that you can utilize in the comfort of your home or at your own gym. Each of my Online Personal Training Videos have a detailed description of how to properly complete each of the exercises. My Online Fitness Videos also clearly show the movements needed to help you accomplish each one successfully.
Onsite Personal Trainer
TyTimeFitness offers Onsite Upper Peninsula Personal Training here at my gym in Engadine, MI. I will personalize workouts for individuals along with group training. My program emphasizes weight training, circuit training, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular training as well. Instead of going to a gym and not knowing what exercises to do, my TyTimeFitness location is setup to develop a specific plan just for you! I will identify specific exercises to build muscle, increase your flexibility and boost your energy.
My TyTimeFitness Gym is conveniently located in Michigan's Upper Peninsula in the town of Engadine. Our property is situated in a tranquil spot amongst a backdrop of woods and a farming community. Our gym is fully equipped with everything you need to begin your journey of reaching your full potential.
