About Me
Welcome to TyTimeFitness, my name is Tyrone Vaughn and I want to thank you for your interest in my coaching services.   I am a Personal Trainer with a strong athletic background and 20 years of experience.  I have been involved in multiple sports and weight lifting along with participating in a career in college level football and basketball.

Because of my experience, it has become part of who I am and would describe myself as a true believer in health and wellness.  It is something that I am very passionate about and want to use my platform to share my knowledge with others in helping them achieve their goals that hey have set before them.  I have also worked at fitness clubs where I have helped people train and discover a healthier lifestyle.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis on Sports Administration from Wichita State University
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification

My TyTimeFitness Gym is conveniently located in Michigan's Upper Peninsula in the town of Engadine.  Our property is situated in a tranquil spot amongst a backdrop of woods and a farming community.  Our gym is fully equipped with everything you need to begin your journey of reaching your full potential.
